Transitions Manager can be integrated into any of your WordPress applications simply by downloading the plugin from the WordPress Plugin store.
By default, Transitions Manager allows you to create new Transitions that will be executed when the conditions described by the WordPress-driven Action and Filter Triggers are encountered.
Upon encountering a valid, qualifying Trigger, Transitions Manager will then execute the Response which describes the action that needs to be taken by WordPress.
The combination of Triggers and Responses allows you to execute all of your actions that you would otherwise have to program in your own plugin or theme code.
Examples of actions that can be executed include; sending an email to a new member when their account is created or automatically setting a post to a chosen status upon creation
Alternatively, you can define your own functions and have them called as a Response to a Trigger.
